We are looking for a Business Tutor to join our team.


At Kaplan International College London, we are looking to appoint a Business Tutor to join our successful team and provide stimulating, effective teaching to international students preparing to study on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes at our partner universities. We are looking for individuals with knowledge in these curriculum areas: Business Organizations and Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, Project Management, and Business Environment.

What you’ll bring to the role
*Experience of teaching post-16 students (a recognised teaching qualification would be an advantage).
*A student-centred approach and the ability to plan, facilitate and review engaging learning experiences that enable all students to achieve and flourish.
*Empathy and understanding of the needs of international students in transition to studying Higher Education in the UK.
*Demonstrable experience of using digital technologies, including AI, to enhance learning, assessment and student engagement, together with a willingness to embrace innovation.
*The ability to develop and continually enhance innovative learning materials that support active, inclusive and engaging learning.
*A postgraduate qualification is desirable; however, a strong first degree and/or relevant professional experience will also be considered.
