An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects within a major framework programme. Applications from experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors are also welcomed.
Key Responsibilities*Manage commercial notices, correspondence, valuations, and payment applications.
*Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
*Support risk and value management activities.
*Administer contracts and manage subcontractor procurement.
*Prepare commercial reports and maintain contract compliance.
*Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
About You*Strong commercial and financial acumen.
*Experience within construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
*Good understanding of contracts and commercial management.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
Desirable Qualifications*RICS or CICES accredited degree.
*Working towards or holding RICS/CICES membership.
