*Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
*Contributing to business growth through strategic planning

*Experienced residential estate agent
*Strong listing and valuation skills
*Some managerial/team leadership experience preferred
*Excellent sales and negotiation skills
*High standard of customer service
*Motivated, well-presented, and articulate
*Positive telephone manner and team player
*Full UK driving license and car owner essential
*Local area knowledge is highly advantageous
