Full job descriptionTechnical Sales Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a leading business near Basingstoke on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This position will be working 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Advisor:
*Provide sales, technical and commercial support.
*Receive and process sales enquiries/quotations.
*Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
*Maintain and update CRM database.
*Capture and record relevant sales and technical data as required.
*Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
*Build relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse.
Requirements for this position:
*Excellent telephone manner
*Previous customer service experience
*Confident Microsoft user
*Strong attention to detail
*Own transport due to rural location
The Technical Sales Advisor Role:
*Monday – Friday
*20 hours per week (must include 11am – 2pm)
*Salary of £14,248 per annum
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata
*Company wide bonus scheme
