Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a distribution business based in Basingstoke. This will be a fully office-based position on a temporary to permanent contract.



Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator

*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.


*Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.


*Process orders, quotes, enquiries and returns in a timely and accurate manner.


*Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management.


*Support the General Manager with full conformance to all statutory and regulatory branch requirements, such as Health and Safety and FORS compliance.


*Complete general administrative tasks.




Requirements:

*Previous sales administration experience


*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel)


*Excellent written and verbal communication skills


*Strong organisational and time management skills


*Ability to work under pressure




The Role:

*Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (with a 1 hour lunch break)


*£13.45 per hour (£27,979 per annum)


*Temp – Perm position
