The firm is owner-led and relationship-focused, with a track record of supporting staff through professional study, including funded exam leave. This role has arisen as the practice continues to grow its client base and looks to strengthen its accounts team.
Accounts Senior – ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management
*Manage a varied portfolio of clients, preparing accounts to a high standard
*Take ownership of client relationships from start to finish
Technical & Advisory
*Apply sound technical judgement across a range of client types
*Support advisory conversations with clients alongside partners
Team Support
*Provide guidance to more junior team members where needed
*Contribute to smooth workflow and deadline management across the team
Accounts Senior – Requirements*Qualified (ACA/ACCA), QBE, or studying with strong practical experience
*Proven accounts preparation experience within a practice environment
*Confident managing a client portfolio with minimal supervision
*Strong technical grounding and attention to detail
*Comfortable liaising directly with clients
*Practice background essential
