Full job descriptionThis role involves leading a team of KYC Coordinators, ensuring seamless engagement with the front office and offshore rolling review teams, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to internal GMS and procedures.

Description
KYC Oversight & Coordination*Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end KYC review process, ensuring client records are reviewed and updated accurately and on time.
*Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and escalate issues, risks, or delays where required.
*Maintain awareness of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management*Act as the key point of contact between KYC teams and business stakeholders.
*Manage expectations, resolve issues, and support the collection of required client information and documentation.
*Coordinate client outreach activities where necessary.
Process Improvement*Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.
*Oversee the use of systems and reporting tools to support effective workflow management and data quality.
*Support the development of procedures, training materials, and best practice guidance.
Profile
· Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations, including global standards (e.g., FATF, FinCEN, and EU directives).
* Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
* Familiarity with client onboarding systems, databases, and relevant tools (Fenergo experience would be preferred.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex KYC cases.

*Salary ranging from £70,000 to £85,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in London.
