The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on an active project in Storrington. The assignment will run for an initial 2-week period, with the possibility of extending based on project needs and performance.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in drylining and internal fit-out, with the capability to manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee multiple trades effectively.
Key Responsibilities*Manage day-to-day site operations throughout the holiday cover period.

*Oversee drylining and internal fit-out activities.

*Coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades to maintain workflow.

*Track progress against programme milestones and deadlines.

*Conduct quality checks and manage snagging.

*Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and required standards.

*Maintain high health & safety standards across the site.

*Liaise with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

*Keep the site safe, organised, and productive.

Requirements*Proven background as a Site Manager, Fit-Out Manager, or Finishing Manager.

*Essential experience in drylining and internal fit-out.

*Strong subcontractor and multi-trade coordination skills.

*Good understanding of construction programmes and site logistics.

*Valid CSCS and SMSTS.

*Strong communication and organisational abilities.

*Available immediately for a 2-week assignment, with potential to extend.
