Accounts Semi Senior – This Role Is Ideal ForThis role is ideal for a Accounts Semi Senior who:
*Has 3-4 years’ experience preparing statutory accounts and wants a broader, more varied client portfolio
*Is looking for a firm that will invest in their technical development, not just their billable hours
*Wants day-to-day client contact and ownership, rather than sitting behind a screen all day

Accounts Semi Senior – ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Client Work
*Prepare statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
*Ensure financial records are accurate, complete and up to date
*Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries in a timely manner
Technical Development
*Build technical knowledge across a broad range of client types and sectors
*Work closely with senior colleagues to develop review and advisory skills
Team & Communication
*Support wider team deadlines and workflow during busy periods
*Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
Accounts Semi Senior – Requirements*3-4 years’ experience in accounts preparation within practice
*AAT qualified, part-qualified ACA/ACCA, or QBE considered
*Comfortable managing a varied client portfolio independently
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident, clear communicator with clients and colleagues
*Practice background essential
