Key Responsibilities*Lead, coach and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results.
*Drive sales performance through effective KPI management and daily floor leadership.
*Maintain impeccable store standards, visual presentation and operational excellence.
*Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
*Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development.
*Manage stock levels, replenishment, deliveries and store operations.
*Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
*Represent the brand values through confident leadership, communication and customer engagement.
About You*Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion, accessories or beauty retail.
*Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and elevating customer experience.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop a team.
*Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and create loyalty.
*Excellent organisational, operational and problem-solving skills.
*Leads from the front, sets the tone and creates a high-energy environment.
*Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
