As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused building repair and maintenance service across our group-owned properties as required. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs efficiently and to a high standard, often completing jobs in a single visit. This includes making good, finishing, and ensuring all work areas are left clean and presentable. To highlight as appropriate any omissions or problems with risk assessments, any queries with regard to health and safety etc To input into risk assessments as appropriateTo be part of a standby or call-out rotation for one week each month.We are looking for someone who has...A full manual UK driving licenseNVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade or equivalent (For example, Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, and Tiling)Experience of working competently in all disciplines normally expected of a qualified technician working in building repairs and maintenanceSound working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and how it impacts on the way building repairs are carried out.Excellent customer service skillsBenefitsIn return, we are offering the successful candidate in the Multi-Skilled Technician role...Starting salary of £36,568Covering the Salford area27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays A flexible working environment, with a range of family friendly policiesYou will be required to work a total of 37 hours each week, with your typical schedule being from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Friday.Scheduled between 08:00 and 19:30 across any five days from Monday to Saturday. The exact schedule will depend on business needs at the time. However, to give an idea, a typical working week may be Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.
