Full job descriptionMy great client is looking for a new team member to join their friendly and dynamic company
Full time/permanent 8:30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch) or 9am to 5pm (30 mins lunch) - 37.5 hour week
£25k per annum
Purchase and sales tasks:
*Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
*Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders.
*Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
*Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters.
*Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems.
*Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.
*Keeping stock control systems up to date.
*Planning future capacity requirements.
*Producing regular reports and statistics
*Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment, overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Key requirements:
*Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
*Experience with Business Central would be a great Advantage.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
*Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) are essential.
*Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
*Work well under own initiative.
