About the RoleWe are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for stable weekday hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production experience as well as those looking to start a career within food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities*Preparing, packing and labelling food products to company standards
*Working efficiently on a production line to meet daily production targets
*Carrying out visual quality checks on products
*Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic working environment
*Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
*Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Working EnvironmentThis role is based within a food production facility. Due to the nature of the products being manufactured, there is a noticeable smell similar to a butcher’s environment, along with strong aromas of spices and seasonings used during production. Applicants should be comfortable working in this type of environment.

*Previous production, food manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
*Own transport is beneficial due to the location of the site
