Ae you a graduate seeking an opportunity working with children with SEN at a primary school in Waltham Forest, London?
Perhaps you are an experienced school teaching assistant wanting a new full time role where you can make a real difference to children who are neurodiverse?
Are you looking for a role that is both motivating and rewarding?
A vibrant, fulfilled and supportive primary school in Waltham Forest, London are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join them from September or October 2026 on a full time, long term basis till at least July 2027. This primary school are extremely supportive and inclusive and pride themselves on the happiness, development and well being of their pupils at the heart of everything that they do.
They are looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide support for their pupils with various special educational and emotional needs or those requiring additional guidance in their learning.
Neurodiversity comes in different forms and this primary school are passionate in ensuring children are supported in whichever way works best for them in order to thrive.
You will be working alongside an inclusive and compassionate team who are truly dedicated to getting it right for each pupil.
The ideal candidate for this Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant role would be either a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education or an individual who is passionate about SEN who is looking to work with the best specialist staff and equipment.

*Teaching Assistant providing SEN Support
*Starting September or October 2026
*£95 - £120 per day (weekly pay)
*Full-time, full academic year, term-time only.
*Based in Waltham Forest, London
About the Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant role:
*Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
*Use your initiative to provide support to various children
*Strong inclusion team to support you
*Excellent education and training/ CPD opportunities
*Teacher training available for graduates from September 2026

*Previous experience working with children
*Creative, confident and caring
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
