We are specifically looking for individuals with a background in education, social care, youth work, or SEN support. Whether you’ve worked as a classroom assistant, tutor, care worker, nursery nurse, or sports coach-your skills are in high demand!

What we’re looking for:
*Proven Experience: Background in education, childcare, care work, or supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
*Strong Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect with young people and tailor support to their individual needs.
*Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
*Classroom Support: Assist teachers with room setup, resource preparation, and managing classroom behaviour.
*Academic Guidance: Lead small-group interventions in reading and writing to reinforce learning.
*1-on-1 Support: Provide dedicated support to pupils and adapt tasks to their capabilities.
*Pupil Well-being: Offer emotional support, monitor student safety during breaks, and report progress or safeguarding concerns to teachers.
