The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced Sales Team as a Sales Administrator.
This is a key support role within the sales team, helping to keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly while delivering a high level of service to vendors, buyers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous property/estate agency experience and be confident working in a busy environment where attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities*Assist with pre-marketing requirements, including liaising with vendors and preparing properties for launch.
*Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for buyers and vendors.
*Handle incoming enquiries and arrange property viewings.
*Manage diaries and coordinate appointments effectively.
*Maintain regular communication with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties.
*Obtain and relay viewing feedback to vendors.
*Assist with sales progression and chasing transactions when required.
*Keep accurate records and ensure property and client information is maintained correctly.
*Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
*Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
*Support the team with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will:
*Have previous experience within the property/estate agency sector.
*Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Be confident managing diaries, records and multiple priorities.
*Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Be confident dealing with clients and handling incoming enquiries.
*Have a proactive "can-do" attitude.
*Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
*Be able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
*Have a friendly, honest and professional manner.
*Be confident using standard Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook.
*Be commercially aware and keen to support the wider sales team.
Essential Requirements*Previous property/estate agency experience – essential.
*Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience.
*Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience.
*Strong organisational and clerical skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Confident using standard computer software, including Outlook.
Driving licence: Preferred, but not essential.
Working Hours*Full-time, permanent position.
*Weekend work on a fair rota basis. 9-5pm
*Weekend hours will be approximately 9:00am–2:30pm 1 IN 6 Saturdays
*Driving is not essential for weekend work, although a driving licence would be advantageous.
