Part Time- 22.5 hours per week

£46,272- Pro rated
A local housing association are looking for an experienced Housing Repairs & Asset Management Professional to join their Property & Compliance team on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and inspect responsive repairs, voids and larger works.
*Diagnose and manage damp, mould and condensation issues.
*Carry out pre and post-inspections and specify remedial works.
*Manage contractors and monitor quality, cost and performance.
*Undertake stock condition and HHSRS inspections.
*Produce technical reports, specifications and recommendations.
*Ensure works comply with CDM, Building Regulations, H&S and housing legislation.
*Provide technical support to residents, Housing, Asset Management and Customer Services teams.
Requirements
*Strong social housing/local authority experience.
*Responsive repairs and building maintenance knowledge.
*Experience with contractors and Schedules of Rates.
*Knowledge of HHSRS, Building Regulations and CDM.
*Excellent communication, reporting and IT skills.
*Valid UK driving licence.
