Are you an organised, commercially minded Sales Co-ordinator who enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving?

We’re working with a well-established and highly successful business based in Stoke-on-Trent, who are looking to strengthen their Sales Team with an experienced Sales Co-ordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation with ambitious plans for the future, where you’ll play an important role in supporting major customer accounts and ensuring the sales operation runs smoothly from order through to delivery.

The Role

Working closely with the Sales Managers and Directors, you’ll provide day-to-day support across a portfolio of National Accounts, helping to ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service and that orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.

This is a busy and varied role where attention to detail really matters. You’ll be dealing with customers, internal departments, and suppliers, managing information, resolving queries, and keeping everyone up to date.

Key Responsibilities

*Supporting the National Account Managers and Sales Directors with the day-to-day management of key customer accounts
*Processing customer orders accurately and working towards 100% fulfilment wherever possible
*Managing customer requests including product information, images, specifications, line forms and quality requirements
*Liaising with internal departments to gather and provide accurate information to customers
*Reviewing supplier manuals and ensuring relevant requirements are accurately recorded within the system
*Coordinating customer re-work requirements and communicating these effectively to the relevant departments
*Attending customer meetings to discuss stock levels, future availability, and service performance
*Handling customer queries including delivery discrepancies, pricing, and general account enquiries
*Monitoring and managing backorders, ensuring these are followed up and completed on a weekly basis
*Producing reports and carrying out checks to ensure orders have been processed accurately
*Managing multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced sales environment

You’ll ideally have:

We’re looking for someone who already understands sales administration and sales processes and is comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment.

You’ll need to be organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in getting things right.
We’re looking for:

*Previous experience within a Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role
*A good understanding of sales processes and customer account management
*Strong IT skills, including proficient Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*The confidence to liaise with customers and internal teams
*A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure
*The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
*A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
