Our client is looking for a Temporary Administrator to work for up-to 6 weeks and start on 14th September, 2026
Location : Leatherhead
Hourly rate : £12-15 Per hour
Role
*Primarily a customer service role (this is not a credit control role)
*Strong verbal communication skills
*Strong Written communication Skills
*GCSE level Maths and English a minimum
*Basic Word / Excel skills
*Basic PC Literacy
*Confident and clear manner
*Role includes printing, and posting invoices
*Role includes taking card payments over the phone
*Role includes generating chase (dunning) letters and Statements
*Role includes providing copy invoices etc
*Must have at least a basic familiarity with concept of Data Protection and confidentiality.
*General office tasks
