Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers is working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm in Central London that is seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team.
The Role
You will advise employer and senior executive clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
*Employment advisory work, including disciplinaries, grievances, contracts, policies and discrimination.
*Employment Tribunal
*TUPE, restructures, redundancies and transactional support
About You
*NQ–4 year’s PQE in employment law
*Must currently/previously have worked at a Legal 500 Tier 1–4 firm
*Strong knowledge across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*IStrong Microsoft Office and general IT skills
