Heathcare Assistants - Complex/Children

Join our team and provide high-quality, person-centered care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Your Role
*Provide 2:1 and 1:1 care in the child’s home
*Support daily routines and activities
*Build positive relationships with children and families
*Follow care plans, risk assessments & company policies
*Support behavioral and emotional needs
*Monitor and respond to seizures
*Assist with personal care and continence
*Administer medication & clinical procedures
*Record observations and report concerns
*Support mobility and physical needs
*Provide respiratory support
*Assist with feeding and nutrition
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in complex care (pediatric preferred)
*Caring, reliable and patient individuals
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Right to work in the UK
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
*Full UK driving license with business insurance (preferred)
