*Pay: £12.71 p/h the hourly rate will increase to £13.33 p/h after successful completion of probation.
*Work Type: Full-Time, Temp to perm
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse based in Uckfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a full-time position within a friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
*Packing and wrapping goods to ensure they are securely shipped.
*Unloading incoming deliveries.
*Checking incoming stock and putting it away in the correct warehouse locations.
*Assisting with stock management and inventory organisation.
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
*Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
Skills and Attributes
*Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
*Driving license and transport is required due to location
*Good attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
*Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
*Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
*Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
