Full job descriptionPosition: Temporary Warehouse Administrator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £14.23 per hour

As a Shipping Administrator, you’ll support the Supply Chain team, making sure goods are shipped safely, efficiently and in line with customs and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
*Preparing shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists and Airway Bills
*Booking collections with couriers and freight forwarders
*Following country-specific shipping and compliance requirements
*Liaising with customers, production, planning and other departments
*Tracking shipments and providing delivery updates
*Working with customs and government departments to clear held goods
*Supporting the team with shipping costs, weights and dimensions
*Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
*Helping to maintain excellent customer service and meet departmental targets
