Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: Up to £38,300 package, depending on experience

We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join one of Essex’s most highly regarded food-led gastro pubs.
Working alongside an award-winning Head Chef, you’ll be part of a kitchen producing 2 AA Rosette standard food. The venue is featured in the Michelin Guide and is known for its exceptional food and high standards.
The Role
*Run and maintain your own section
*Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to 2 AA Rosette standards
*Work efficiently during busy services of up to 250 covers
*Support and guide junior chefs
*Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
*Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen team
*Contribute to menu development and continually improve standards
