Reed Accountancy Norwich are delighted to be supporting a long-standing client of ours to recruit for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy Finance department on a fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within an organisation with a highly supportive and growth driven environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Process payable transactions including invoices, expenses, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on accounts payable status.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
*Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*5 GCSEs at grades A-C, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
*Experience in finance with a fundamental understanding of accounts payable processes.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience processing invoices.
*AAT level 2 qualification desirable.
*High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team player with a supportive attitude.
