£25,447 per annum
37.5 hours per week | 4-day rota (Monday to Sunday) | 2 days off
Shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Be the welcoming face of a vital supported housing serviceWe’re looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our clients busy supported housing service in Hertfordshire on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
What you’ll be doing:*Acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and external stakeholders
*Managing reception duties and handling telephone enquiries
*Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
*Supporting housing administration processes and referrals
*Processing bookings, charges, and general correspondence
*Delivering a high standard of customer service and administrative support
*Assisting the team with the effective running of the service
What we’re looking for:*Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*A professional, approachable, and empathetic manner
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
*Enhanced DBS check (required)
