Key Duties:
*Support teachers in keeping secondary classrooms focused, energetic, and highly productive.
*Deliver dedicated 1-on-1 support for students with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH) to help them navigate the school day.
*Lead targeted small-group sessions in key subjects to boost confidence and bridge learning gaps.
*Break down complex tasks so students of all learning abilities can succeed.
*Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and personal responsibility with strong encouragement.
*Assist with classroom setup, learning resources, and monitoring student engagement.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in education, youth work, social care, or SEN support.
*Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with secondary-age students.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
