Complete Workforce Solutions are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 / C+E Drivers for regular night trunking work from a busy transport and pallet network operation based in Peterlee, County Durham.
We have multiple shifts available throughout September and are looking to build a core team of reliable Class 1 drivers who can provide regular availability.
The role*HGV Class 1 / C+E night trunking
*TPN pallet network work
*Predominantly depot-to-depot trunking
*Based from Peterlee, County Durham
*Typical start times between 16:00 and 17:00
*Regular Monday to Friday requirements
*Multiple shifts available each week
*Ongoing temporary work
*Potential temp-to-perm opportunities for suitable drivers
The work is predominantly night trunking rather than multidrop, making this a good opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for regular trunk work.
Driver requirementsYou must have:
*Full UK HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence
*Valid Driver CPC
*Valid Digital Tachograph Card
*Good understanding of drivers’ hours and Working Time regulations
*Previous Class 1 driving experience
*Professional and reliable approach
*Good communication skills
*Ability to complete vehicle checks and relevant paperwork accurately
Pay£16.00 - £20.00 per hour depending on whether you are paid PAYE or LTD.
The applicable rate will depend on your method of engagement and will be confirmed before assignment.
LTD company engagement is subject to the appropriate employment status and eligibility requirements.
