We are currently looking for an experienced Pension Transfer Advisor to join a highly regarded and well-established financial services firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, professional team with a renowned reputation for client care and technical excellence.
The Role:
You will provide high-quality, compliant financial advice to clients considering transferring their pensions, ensuring all recommendations are in the clients’ best interests.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide regulated advice on pension transfers, including DB to DC transfers
*Conduct full client fact-finds and assess suitability of recommendations
*Prepare and present detailed, compliant reports
*Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
*Ensure all advice meets FCA regulatory standards
*Work collaboratively with support teams
About You:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
*Pension Transfer Specialist qualification and/or knowledge of DB pensions
*Proven experience advising on pension transfers
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions and regulatory requirements
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
