Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn organisation with a brilliant history and reputation is currently looking to hire a Payroll Officer on a permanent basis.
This is a new created role for the payroll department and will report directly into the Payroll Manager.
As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:
*Processing a start to finish monthly payroll for c1000 employees
*Processing all starters and leavers, any contractual changes, making salary amendments and overtime
*HMRC submissions
*P45s & P60s
*Performing regular payroll checking, payroll reports & payroll reconciliations
*Assisting with year-end activities
*Supporting with internal and external audits
*Working with the Payroll Manager to develop & train a Payroll Administrator
This role is office based.
