Full job descriptionOur client, a global company based in Gloucester, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. With over 40 years of industry experience, they specialise in expert design, manufacturing and recycling solutions and deliver high-performance products that support more sustainable operations.

Responsibilities;
-Handle all customer calls and Internal Sales enquiries
-Support External Sales with design, pricing and proposals
-Manage and follow up customer orders through the CRM
-Liaise with Design to raise work orders and confirm specifications
-Monitor project progress and communicate customer requirements internally
-Coordinate and negotiate delivery times with customers and Operations
-Maintain and archive offers, orders and invoices
-Support the sales team with overdue payments
-Liaise between customers and internal departments to resolve issues
-Negotiate with customers to secure orders


Hours- Monday to Friday- 8am-4pm


Salary: up to £27,500 + excellent benefits package + 26 days holidays plus bank holidays
