Full job descriptionHays are recruiting on behalf of an established housing association in Manchester for a Neighbourhood Officer for an initial 3-month period.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week.
A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and business insurance are essential.

Your new role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service, acting as a visible presence across local communities. The role centres on ensuring homes are well-managed, tenants are supported, and neighbourhood issues are resolved quickly.
*Managing a defined patch
*Leading on complex tenancy matters
*Supporting community engagement
*Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
What you’ll need to succeed
*Strong experience in tenancy management, including arrears, ASB and legal processes
*Confidence carrying out home visits, inspections and risk-based tenancy reviews
*Ability to build positive landlord-tenant relationships and intervene early
*Skilled in multi-agency working and partnership building
