Full job descriptionFinance Business Partner
On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight and challenge to drive effective decision-making, planning and performance.
Working closely with commercial, operational and reporting teams, you will deliver accurate and timely financial information to senior leadership and the board, while also supporting wider Group Finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
*Partner with commercial and operational teams to develop financial models supporting a range of solutions, including pricing, contingency arrangements and shared-benefit models.

*Provide financial analysis and commercial challenge across bids, client proposals, pricing decisions and new service opportunities.

*Manage client-level revenue reporting, including forecasting, variance analysis and identification of key risks, trends and opportunities.

*Oversee the set-up and monitoring of client fees, ensuring invoicing is accurate, complete and delivered on time.

*Produce and manage commission reporting, ensuring consistency and alignment with agreed commission structures.

*Prepare financial reporting and insight for the Board, including reporting across group companies.

*Work closely with key stakeholders to improve financial understanding and support commercial decision-making.

*Assist with wider Group Finance reporting and ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
*Strong management accounting, commercial finance or business partnering experience.

*Commercially minded with the ability to interpret financial information and translate it into meaningful business insight.

*Experience of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

*Confident working with operational and commercial stakeholders, providing constructive challenge where required.

*Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

*Comfortable working across multiple revenue streams, clients or business units.

*Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.

*Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial and reporting systems.
