Job Description:
Full job descriptionRobert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with an SME based in Hungerford. This role would suit a qualified accountant seeking their final role in finance (next 5-10 years). This role will be primarily based onsite 4-5 days a week.
The role
The Financial Controller will be pivotal in managing the day to day running of the finance team whilst also being a key member of the senior leadership team. The role will involve but not be limited to:
*Managing a small team.
*Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts.
*Budgeting and forecasting.
*Cash flow management.
*Guiding on strategy.
*Financial analysis.
*Liaising with auditors.
Profile
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 10+ years PQE.
*Extensive SME experience.
*Proven leadership experience (3+).
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Happy to work onsite 5 days a week.
*Full right to work in the UK.
*Steady CV - 4+ years in each role. Note: contractors will not be considered.
Package:
*£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus.
*Private healthcare.
*Onsite parking.
