A growing B2B organisation is looking for a Head of Data Analytics to lead its analytics function and turn customer data into actionable commercial insight.
The Role*Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts
*Drive customer targeting, segmentation and campaign analytics
*Identify commercial opportunities through data
*Support marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels
*Use SQL and Power BI to deliver meaningful insights
*Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
*Help shape the wider data and analytics strategy
About You*5+ years’ experience in data/analytics
*Strong marketing analytics background
*Strong SQL and Power BI skills
*Experience with campaign analytics, targeting or segmentation
*Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
*Experience leading or mentoring analysts
Location: Fully remote once onboarded, with 3 days per week in the office (Rippendon) during onboarding.
Salary: £90,000-£110,000 + 10-20% bonus.
