Construction
We’re seeking a skilled and commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team delivering a variety of construction projects across the region. This role plays a pivotal part in the commercial success of each project, from procurement and budgeting to reporting and stakeholder engagement. Projects include, Education, Healthcare Services, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead on budgeting, procurement, and cost management across construction projects
*Build and manage relationships within a robust supply chain
*Prepare financial reports and track project performance, including CVRs
*Support sustainability and social value initiatives, including alignment with frameworks
*Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
*Provide oversight on contractual matters and assist with dispute resolution when required
What We’re Looking For:
*Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (degree or equivalent)
*Membership or working towards RICS (or similar professional body)
*Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and construction legislation
*Strong commercial acumen and analytical reporting skills
*Understanding of sustainable procurement and social value frameworks
*Familiarity with ISO-certified management systems is a plus
