Full job descriptionSEN Teaching Assistant - North & Central Birmingham
Location: North & Central Birmingham
Hours: Full-time / Day-to-day supply
Contract: permanent/ Temporary, with potential for longer-term roles
Aspire People are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools and SEND settings in North and Central Birmingham.
You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD and complex needs, providing classroom support, 1:1 and small-group assistance, and helping pupils access their learning.
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification OR Level 3 Health & Social Care
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
Confident supporting pupils with additional needs
Patient, caring and adaptable approach
Able to work across North and Central Birmingham
