We’re working with an exceptional property business based in the heart of Maidstone, currently experiencing an exciting period of growth across both their sales and lettings teams.
They’re looking for someone with previous sales or lettings experience within the property sector to join their growing team in a unique role that combines the best parts of both roles, with a commission structure designed to reward your success.
What will you be doing?
No two days will be the same. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved across both sides of the business, including:
*Conducting property viewings
*Booking mortgage appointments
*Negotiating offers and progressing deals
*Managing sales progression
*Building strong relationships with tenants and clients
*Supporting both the sales and lettings functions
*Identifying opportunities to maximise your earning potential
