Full job descriptionAre you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!


What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing employee relations cases
*Leading end-to-end recruitment on site
*Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
*Coaching and up-skilling line managers
*Supporting various projects and initiatives
*Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)
*Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions
*Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
*Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
*CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
