A respected and expanding Kent law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team based in Ashford.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor, or someone due to qualify shortly, to begin their litigation career within a supportive and experienced team handling a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced litigators, gaining exposure to a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters while developing your technical expertise and confidence. From the outset, you will have responsibility for your own files, supported by experienced colleagues who are committed to helping you build a successful long-term career in litigation.

About You
To be considered, you will:
*Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
*Have a genuine interest in civil litigation and dispute resolution
*Possess excellent communication and client care skills
*Be confident working independently and as part of a team
*Demonstrate strong organisational and time management abilities
*Have a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and develop
