A well-established specialist intellectual property firm is looking to expand its team with the appointment of a Trade Mark Paralegal. You will provide Paralegal support across a varied portfolio of trade mark matters, working closely with experienced attorneys and supporting clients throughout the trade mark lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a specialist IP environment and take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities:
*Supporting the management of UK and international trade mark portfolios
*Assisting with trade mark applications, registrations and renewals
*Preparing and filing trade mark documentation
*Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate records
*Conducting trade mark searches and research
*Assisting with oppositions, objections and other trade mark matters
*Corresponding with clients, trade mark offices and overseas associates
*Maintaining and updating IP databases and portfolio records
*Providing general administrative and Paralegal support to the trade mark team
Requirements:
*Previous experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal or within a similar IP role
*Good understanding of UK and/or international trade mark procedures
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confident working with clients and external contacts
*Proactive and reliable approach to work
*Genuine interest in developing a career within intellectual property
