Our client, a well-established law firm based in central Harrogate, is seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to join their team for a minimum of 2 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous reception experience, although candidates with strong customer service or front-of-house experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
*Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
*Booking meeting rooms and supporting with visitor arrangements
*Handling incoming and outgoing post
*Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous reception experience is preferred
*Experience within a professional office environment is advantageous but not essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and confident approach
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise workload effectively
