Full job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day to day finance function within a growing organisation.
This is a hands on role managing a small finance team and overseeing the full finance cycle, from invoicing and credit control through to management accounts, cash flow and reporting.


Key responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a small finance team
• Oversee AP, AR, invoicing and credit control
• Manage payroll and cash flow
• Produce management accounts and financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee bank reconciliations and bookkeeping
• Liaise with external accountants
• Maintain strong financial controls and accurate records
• Identify and improve finance processes


The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous Finance Manager or similar experience
• Strong end-to-end finance experience
• Experience across AP, AR, credit control and management accounts
• Good knowledge of payroll, cash flow and budgeting
• Experience managing or supervising a small team
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
• Xero experience would be advantageous
• ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT would be advantageous
