A specialist school in Witney is looking for a caring and motivated Mental Health Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counselling, Therapy, or Education.
As a Mental Health Assistant, you will:
*Provide individual and small-group emotional support to students.
*Help young people develop confidence, resilience, and healthy coping strategies.
*Support students with emotional and behavioural challenges throughout the school day.
*Encourage positive communication, social skills, and engagement in school life.
*Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students’ wellbeing.
*Build trusting and supportive relationships with students.

*Pay: £93-£110 per day
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
*Contract: Full-time
