Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting Line Production Operatives to join a busy and successful production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking people looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent.
What will you be doing?Your duties will include:
*Erecting cardboard cartons and applying labels
*Carrying out quality checks and inspections on finished products
*Stacking pallets with completed boxes
*Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from production machinery
*Completing production paperwork and recording information accurately
*Keeping production lines and the factory clean, tidy and organised
*Following health, safety and quality procedures at all times
What are we looking for?We are looking for people who are:
*Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and being on your feet
*Able to read and write English
*Numerically confident and able to complete basic production paperwork
*Reliable and punctual
*Hardworking and committed to turning up consistently
*Able to work the 4 on / 2 off rotating shift pattern
