3-6 Month Contract | c£400 per day | Hybrid Working (3 Days Onsite)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation operating within the financial markets sector.This role requires a credible HR professional who can quickly build relationships, influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic and operational HR support across a specialist client group. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a high-performance environment and have previous experience partnering with front-office trading populations.Key Responsibilities
*Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
*Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent and organisational change.
*Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development initiatives.
*Coach and challenge managers to drive engagement, performance and accountability.
*Lead and support HR projects and change initiatives as required.
*Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
About You
*Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a trading, commodities, investment banking or wider financial markets environment.
*Previous experience supporting front-office traders is essential.
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations issues.
*Commercially focused with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
*Available to start at short notice or immediately.
