Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same? Randstad Care is expanding our team of Children’s Support Workers across the Borough of Ealing to deliver tailored, compassionate care to young people facing physical, medical, or behavioral challenges.

*Crisis Management: Exceptional resilience and a calm mindset during medical or behavioral emergencies.
*Safeguarding Expertise: Sharp awareness of child welfare standards and strict adherence to safeguarding frameworks.
*Professional Standards: Clear record-keeping, active listening, and strong collaboration with wider multi-agency support teams.
Mandatory Criteria
*Minimum 6 months of professional care experience supporting children.
*Active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
*UK residency with full Right to Work status.
