Full job descriptionAgilis Search are proud to be supporting a reputable and fast paced business in Ipswich. We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and growing organisation, supporting managers and employees across a diverse workforce.
This is a varied HR role covering employee relations, HR advice, employment law, policy development, absence and performance management, alongside wider People projects and initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who is:
*CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
*Experienced in managing employee relations casework
*Confident applying UK employment law
*Highly organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
*A strong communicator with a practical, empathetic approach
*Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative HR team
