People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our well-established client based in Chelveston, Northamptonshire.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Waste Recycling Operative, Sorting Operative or Recycling Facility Operative or in a similar environment.
Rates of Pay:
*£13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:
As a Recycling Operative, you will work:
*Monday to Friday
*07:00 - 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Recycling Operative are:
*Working on a recycling line handling fruit, vegetables and bakery goods
*Operating a cage lifter to maintain a consistent product flow
*Separating food waste from packaging and checking for contaminants
*Loading and unloading trailers as required
*Carrying out general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including pressure washing
*Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Recycling Operative, you will need:
*Basic level of English
*Strong reliability and punctuality
*A good eye for detail
*The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
*A willingness to work in a food-waste environment
Training:
*Full training provided
*Ongoing support throughout your assignment
