Full job descriptionOffice based
Events running across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia, all built in-house from concept to delivery. As Senior Event Coordinator, the work spans multiple continents and multiple live nightlife/entertainment brands.
- Global travel to events across multiple continents
- Up to 5 extra days holiday after 2 years’ service
- Monthly 3pm finish on the last Friday of the month
- Employee recognition scheme
- Incentive scheme for new brand and concept ideas
The Company
This is a fast-growing events business that has scaled from a single concept to over ten in-house brands, now running nightlife and entertainment events across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and beyond. Everything is built in-house, from creative concept through to delivery, with dedicated entertainment, comms, design and marketing teams all under one roof.
The Role
The Senior Event Coordinator sits within the core events team, taking responsibility for project and timeline management across a portfolio of in-house experiential brands, coordinating stakeholders from concept stage through to live delivery. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of music, nightlife and live events who can confidently take events from concept through to delivery and commercial performance.
- Coordinating internal teams across entertainment, comms and design
- Managing project timelines from concept sign-off to event day
- Stakeholder management across suppliers, venues and internal leads
- Supporting the delivery of multiple in-house brands simultaneously
- Tracking budgets and commercial performance across events
- Contributing to the development and launch of commercially viable new brand concepts
The Candidate
The ideal Senior Event Coordinator will have solid hands-on experience delivering music or nightlife events, with the commercial awareness to manage budgets and the stakeholder confidence to keep complex projects on track across multiple workstreams.
Experience across experiential or entertainment-led formats beyond music and nightlife is beneficial but not essential. A strong Senior Event Coordinator will bring genuine passion for live events, sharp organisational instincts and the drive to take real ownership of delivery in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Travel across multiple continents, a live event portfolio that genuinely grows your CV, plus perks that few agencies match.
